FAQ – Questions & Answers
Here are some of the most common questions that I get in my day-to-day life as a designer. If I have not answered your question below, you can contact me!
Ready-Made Logos & Flyers
Can I customize ready-made logos?
Only the colors, Company name and tagline can be cutomized. Customizations beyond these items are billed depending on the requested change.
Can you trademark or copyright my logo for me?
No. When you purchase a logo from my store, the intellectual property passes from me to you. I have not copyrighted the design on your behalf.
How will I receive the files for the logo I have purchased?
Once the order has been "Completed", you will receive an email stating your order has been completed. You can access the "My Account" section and select the Downloads link.
I can also email the required files if neccesary.
How long before I receive the files for the logo I have purchased?
The turnaround time is 24 hours. If there will be any delays, I will notify you.
I just purchased a logo, now what?
I will start working to complete the modifications to the logo purchased. I will contact you via email if I have any questions or concerns.
What is the refund policy for ready-made designs?
100% refunds are provided until you have downloaded or received the final deliverables. Once the finals are downloaded, refunds are not provided.
What kind of license do I have when I purchase a ready-made logo?
You will receive an exclusive license agreement, meaning nobody else can buy the logo you have purchased and it will never be listed on my site again.
What types of files will I receive?
The following file types will be provided once the design has been finalized...
- 300dpi EPS (CMYK)
- JPEG (RGP)
- PNG (transparent)
Other file types can be provided upon request.
What payment types are accepted?
Currently I accept PayPal, which also accepts Credit Cards. For local clients (Denver and surrounding areas), I can accept credit cards directly using PayPal Here.
Why will my design files not open in Microsoft Word?
The design files you have received are not intended to work with Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word is a word processing application, it is not designed to work with graphics. You will need to use design specific applications, such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc.
Do you offer in-house printing?
I do not offer any in-house or self-printing services. However, I can recommend a few great printing services!
